LEAVE AND ABSENCE

It is the policy of CornerStone to have every absence accounted for. Therefore parents must notify the school office should illness or other unexpected needs require the child to be absent. Daily attendance is important in order that each child receives the maximum benefit from regular daily sequential instructions.

-A signed absent note must be send when the child returns to school.

-If absent from more than 5 days due to illness, doctors note is required to permit the child resume classes.

-Student will be sent home if the school suspects the possibility of any contagion.

-In order to be eligible for appearing final exams, students are required to have atleast 80% attendance during the year.
